Position Overview:

This is a full-time role responsible for overseeing the psychiatric, medical, and health-related services of the organization while also delivering direct psychiatric care to clients.

  • Conduct emergency assessments and manage psychotropic medication prescriptions.
  • Provide clinical case consultations and training sessions for staff.
  • Lead the formulation and execution of psychiatric policies and procedures.

  • Ensure compliance with quality measures set by relevant health authorities.
  • Engage in local and regional committees to influence medical policy and treatment practices.

Leadership Duties:
