Job Title: Guest Experience Representative

The Miami HEAT and Kaseya Center are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Guest Experience Representatives. As a key member of our team, you will serve as a liaison between our guests and The Heat Group, ensuring that every guest has a Five Star Service experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and friendly manner.
  • Assist guests with ticketing, catering, housekeeping, finance, and general arena operations.
  • Document guest suggestions, complaints, and issues at every Guest Services Booth.
  • Explore ways to improve customer service and the overall experience.
  • Assist guests with mobile ticket issues, questions, or concerns.
  • Assist guests at every Guest Services booth by answering questions and handling issues.
  • Assist with check-in services of bags, backpacks, cameras, strollers, and other prohibited items.
  • Assist guests requiring relocation to an ADA platform and other seating within the Arena.
  • Assist in the successful administration of the organization's designated driver program.
  • Assist Season Ticket Services during HEAT games in building positive relationships with Season Ticket Holders.

Requirements:
  • Previous guest services experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills.
