POSITION OVERVIEW

As the Care Home Assistant General Manager & Clinical Leader at Barchester Healthcare, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional care that we are renowned for. CANDIDATE PROFILE

To be considered for the role of Care Home Assistant General Manager & Clinical Leader, you must be a Registered Nurse (RN/RMN) with active NMC registration and possess a qualification in teaching, mentoring, or supervision. Experience in managing diverse health needs of residents is essential, along with a proven history of handling safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments.

Additionally, we seek candidates with:

  • Some experience in human resources.
  • A solid understanding of sales and marketing principles.
  • Experience in budget management.
  • A track record of supporting newly qualified nurses through preceptorship.
