  • Deliver top-notch customer service to both clients and carriers
  • Negotiate competitive rates with carriers and offer rate quotations to clients
  • Monitor and track customer freight to ensure timely delivery
  • Regular communication with carriers, team members, and clients
  • Proactively identify and resolve any logistical issues that may arise

Requirements:

  • Interest in the logistics and freight brokerage sector
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, along with basic negotiation abilities
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management and multitasking skills
