Overview: Our client, a prominent agency, is seeking a Creative Director to enhance their creative team.

This role necessitates a hybrid work environment, requiring presence onsite for three days each week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fostering robust cross-departmental relationships to elevate creative output and deliver exceptional results for clients.
  • Assisting in the formulation of structured methodologies to evaluate intricate and high-priority strategic projects with various stakeholders.
  • Overseeing a creative team comprising designers, art directors, copywriters, and content creators for diverse projects.
  • Identifying business challenges, clarifying the team's contribution to addressing client needs, and aligning teams accordingly.
  • Establishing and refining processes and protocols to support the creative team's objectives and requirements.
  • Coordinating team assignments across a range of projects while ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
  • Guiding a creative team to transform complex challenges into effective solutions that drive client success.
  • Encouraging a large creative team to achieve both high-quality and high-quantity outputs while maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Managing direct reports, including conducting performance evaluations, overseeing professional development, and making compensation decisions.
  • Facilitating the internal growth and development of the creative team.
  • Monitoring the creative team's progress on all initiatives and proposals.
  • Exploring innovative practices and exemplary standards within the industry.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in leading and nurturing creative teams for large-scale events and campaigns.
  • At least 6 years in a leadership role within an agency or corporate setting.
  • Over 10 years of experience managing revenue-generating projects.
  • A minimum of 12 years in a creative capacity.
