About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Associate to join our team at Ross Stores. As a Retail Associate, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and restrooms.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card transactions, and returns.
  • Assist with receiving and processing merchandise, including unpacking, stocking, and facing merchandise.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and attractive shopping environment.
  • Work collaboratively with other associates to achieve sales goals and meet customer needs.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
