About the Role:

Vorto Operations LLC is seeking a highly skilled Paralegal to join our dynamic team. As a Paralegal, you will play a critical role in supporting the General Counsel with managing the day-to-day legal function of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the General Counsel with completing administrative forms, preparing legal documents and agreements, and coordinating with outside counsel.
  • Manage and organize agreements with a contracts lifecycle management system.
  • Conduct legal research, fact-finding, data collection, and analysis.
  • Utilize document creation software and other legal reference software.
  • Perform other administrative functions under the direction of the General Counsel.

Requirements:

  • Associate or bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Paralegal certification preferred.
  • 1-4 years of related experience and/or training.
  • Highly proficient with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and internet-based applications.
  • Excellent organization, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional, self-motivated, strong work ethic, and driven to meet performance goals.
