  • Sales: Drive sales of bricks and masonry products, utilizing your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Order Management: Organize and dispatch trucks and deliveries, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products to clients.
  • Team Collaboration: Develop a strong working relationship with our outside sales team, contributing to a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Safety and Quality: Adhere to all safety, quality, production, and environmental policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Adaptability: Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced sales environment, adjusting to changing priorities and deadlines as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma required.
  • Experience: Inside sales or customer service experience highly preferred.
  • Skills: Proactive, critical thinker and problem solver, team-player mindset, adaptability, excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office required, experience with Oracle highly preferred.
