Qualifications for Successful Candidates:

  • Education and Experience: A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is required, with a preference for graduates from Master's or Doctorate programs in Physical Therapy.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer applications, including data entry into systems such as Casamba and Point Click Care.
  • Licensure: Must hold a valid Physical Therapist license in the state and comply with continuing education requirements as mandated by state regulations.

Additional Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy Program recognized by APTA & CAPTE.
  • Experience in delivering appropriate care in a post-acute or long-term care setting is preferred.
  • Possession of a current, unencumbered, active Colorado Physical Therapy License is essential.
  • CPR certification may be required.
  • A valid, unrestricted Colorado driver's license is necessary.
  • Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check, along with a Colorado CAPS background check.
  • COVID vaccination is required or a valid exemption must be provided.
