Job Title: Physical Therapist - Home Health

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Physical Therapist with experience in home health care to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physical therapy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. As a Physical Therapist with AMN Healthcare Allied, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and make a meaningful difference in their lives.

Responsibilities:
- Provide physical therapy services to clients in their homes, including assessments, goal setting, and treatment planning
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each client
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans

Requirements:
- Graduate of an Accredited School of Physical Therapy
- Currently licensed and in good standing in the State of Colorado
- Previous home care experience
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with geriatric or pediatric populations
- Knowledge of Sansio EMR system
