Job Description
The Residential Facilities Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the physical upkeep of assigned properties, including maintenance functions, repairs, and compliance with company policies and regulations. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with residents, maintenance teams, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the maintenance team in ensuring daily tasks, such as service requests and unit make-ready standards are met.
  • Review and track progress of service requests, identifying chronic maintenance issues.
  • Perform various maintenance functions, including repairs to electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, grounds maintenance, and more.
  • Collaborate with property leadership to identify and address maintenance-related issues.

Requirements
  • At least three years of experience in property management or a directly related field.
  • Possess general maintenance and carpentry skills.
  • Ability to read, write, and understand English.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
