As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement individualized nursing care plans, and maintain accurate medical records.
- Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients, and advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions, and administer medications as prescribed.
- Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment or multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact.
- AHA BLS certification prior to end of orientation period.
- Two (2) years of experience preferred.
