Penn State Health is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Staff Leader in the Operating Room. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and leading a team of nurses to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, with a minimum of two years of clinical experience and progressive leadership experience. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing is required, and current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment is necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of nurses to deliver high-quality patient care

  • Assist in reviewing staffing based on patient acuity and patient needs
  • Recommend corrective actions when necessary

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing
  • Minimum of two years of clinical experience
  • Progressive leadership experience
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment
