Associate Recruiter

Position OverviewThe Associate Recruiter will support the recruitment team by sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for various client roles. This position offers a fast-paced environment where you will work closely with your team to understand client needs and build strong candidate pipelines.
Key Responsibilities- Source and screen candidates for a variety of roles across industries.
- Assist senior recruiters in understanding client needs and developing recruitment strategies.
- Use job boards, social media, and other sourcing tools to identify potential candidates.
- Build and maintain a candidate database for current and future job opportunities.
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and present qualified candidates to senior recruiters.
- Collaborate with clients to schedule interviews, provide feedback, and manage expectations throughout the hiring process.
- Keep accurate and detailed records of all candidate interactions in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and client needs.
- Bachelor's degree required, major in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 2 or more years of experience in sales, recruitment, human resources, or a related field (internships or related experience may be considered).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Keen ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive, self-starter attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
