As a Work Order Clerk, you will be responsible for managing work requests, dispatching technicians, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and possess excellent computer software skills. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Manage work requests and dispatch technicians

**Requirements:**

* High School diploma or equivalent
* Two years of General Office or Customer Service experience
* Work order management software experience highly desirable (Maximo)
* Experience with building management and facility operations & maintenance a plus
* Excellent computer software skills, including Windows, Excel, Word, Outlook and web-based programs
