About the Role
Cupertino Electric, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Estimator to join our team. As a Senior Estimator, you will play a key role in the execution of our projects by delivering timely, high-quality electrical estimates.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and communicate company standards for estimating electrical design/build and plans and specs work.
- Develop and maintain the company estimating system, database (units and prices) and assemblies.
- Collaborate with project managers and general contractors to ensure a high-quality estimate is delivered on time.
- Manage quotation process with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure that pricing incorporates all scope items.
About You
We are looking for an experienced electrical estimator with a proven track record of delivering high-quality estimates. You will have a strong understanding of electrical estimating principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Minimum Qualifications
- Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities as well as possession of any required licenses or certifications is qualifying.
- High School Diploma or GED required. BA/BS preferred.
- Seven (7) years of experience required of electrical estimating experience in commercial/industrial/high tech industry. 5 years' experience with a design/build contractor.
