As an Overnight Care Nurse (LPN), your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering in-home direct patient care in accordance with the prescribed care plan while closely monitoring patient progress and recovery.
  • Evaluating and documenting patient conditions, reporting any changes as necessary (including vital signs and other health indicators).
  • Administering medications, insulin, and IV fluids with thorough documentation.
  • Managing wound care, including dressing changes and assisting with personal hygiene tasks.
  • Assessing patients for potential complications and providing appropriate interventions.
  • Collaborating with healthcare providers, aides, and allied health professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

To be considered for the Overnight Care Nurse (LPN) position, you should possess:

  • A current and unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the relevant state.
  • Current CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification.
  • Reliable transportation to and from care sites.
  • Experience with tracheostomy and/or ventilator care is preferred but not mandatory.
