About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Analyst, Growth to join our team at DocuSign, Inc. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr. Manager, Growth Analytics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead analytics and experimentation analysis for key customer acquisition paths, including free and trial experiences, sales-assisted purchasing, and in-product upgrade flows.
  • Build, maintain, and monitor dashboards that track experiences to spot trends, quickly understand performance, and ensure no adverse impact after releases.
  • Apply business acumen and analytics techniques to datasets related to or impacted by digital experiences to identify areas of opportunity and size potential impact.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of cohort performance and incrementally tied to in-product experiments and updates.
  • Forecast how experience changes will impact our business performance.
  • Own experimentation roadmap for key new customer journeys: identify and prioritize opportunities with product managers, write test charters, and provide test analysis and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance existing analytics models, pipelines, and dashboards, create additional metrics, reports, or visualizations based on evolving business needs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's in a quantitative field (Statistics, Finance, Math, CS, or related) with 5+ years of relevant experience in customer behavior analytics or Advanced Degree in a quantitative field with 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • 3+ years of experience using SQL with hands-on exposure to database structures and principles, data models, and dimensional models.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Amplitude, Adobe Analytics, or equivalent web and product analytics tools.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in A/B testing and experimentation with a history of arriving at conclusive results.
  • Experience with Statistics concepts and analysis, e.g., hypothesis testing, regression, experimental design, etc.
  • Experience utilizing both qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques.
  • Experience building dashboards in Data Studio, Tableau, or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced spreadsheet modeling skills, including pivot tables and complex formulas.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to present complex data analysis, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Comfortable with loosely defined requirements where you exercise your analytical skills to collaborate with the rest of the team to build solutions.
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with statistical testing, such as A/B, multivariate, and Bayesian testing.
  • Experience optimizing product experiences to achieve world-class conversion and retention rates.
  • Familiarity with software sales pipeline and methods for measurement and optimization.
  • Good familiarity with the principles of data science and data engineering.
  • Attention to detail with a focus on data quality, data consistency, and criticality.
  • Advanced data analysis skills, e.g., database query construction, data warehousing, forecasting, data mining, and experience in business analysis.
  • Exposure to big data platforms, such as Snowflake, Redshift, Azure, Matillion, Alteryx, DBT, etc.
Compensation and Benefits

Pay for this position is based on a number of factors, including geographic location, and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:

California: $128,000 - $200,200 base salary

Illinois and Colorado: $123,000 - $170,225 base salary

Washington and New York (including NYC metro area): $123,000 - $176,625 base salary

Washington DC: $128,000 - $176,625 base salary

This role is also eligible for bonus, equity, and benefits.
