Job Description

As a Construction Project Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing the execution of medium- to large-sized construction-only projects, ensuring timely completion, and meeting or exceeding project objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the execution of assigned projects in accordance with prime contract requirements and company policies.
  • Direct and oversee all functions necessary to safely and efficiently execute the scope, including risk assessment and mitigation efforts.
  • Establish and maintain alignment across project phases, ensuring seamless coordination and communication.
  • Oversee and direct all activities in adherence to the company's Quality Program and Health, Safety & Environmental and Sustainability Policies.
Requirements
  • Accredited four-year degree or global equivalent in a relevant field, with twenty years of work-related experience or a combination of education and experience equal to twenty-four years.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences, including management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Job-related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job, with the ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines.
  • Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proven ability to promote outstanding customer service and client relations.
  • Excellent skills in interpersonal relations, conflict resolution, communication, and leadership, with strong presentation ability.
  • Basic computer and software skills, including word processing, e-mail, spreadsheets, and electronic presentation programs.
  • Competency in administrative functions related to project and office operations, with functional proficiency in project controls, human relations, industrial relations, and contract management.
