Compensation and Benefits: We offer competitive $18-$22 per hour, plus excellent benefits, including vacation, holiday, and sick pay, 401k program, associate discounts, education, and training programs available. Our caring team is committed to creating a schedule that fits your life, with flexible full-time and part-time options, including second shift schedules from 3-11 pm.
Job Description: As a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) at East Village Place, you will be part of a dynamic team providing compassionate care to seniors. Your role involves assisting with daily living activities, ensuring resident dignity and comfort, and promoting a supportive environment. If you have a passion for working with seniors and possess experience as a CNA in assisted living and memory care settings, we invite you to join our exceptional team.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you should possess a current Certified Nursing Assistant license, 1 year of experience as a CNA in an assisted living, memory care, or home care setting, and be able to work weekends and holidays. Additionally, strong assessment skills, computer proficiency with online systems, and a willingness to learn and grow are essential.
