Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist project managers on various construction projects
  • Specialize in water damage from small-scale to large-scale flooding projects
  • Remove damage through water extraction, gutting, and demolition as needed
  • Pre and post-construction debris removal
  • Contents cleaning and packing
  • Create a general cleaning plan depending on project needs

Requirements:

  • 0-3 years of experience working on Water Mitigation projects
  • A valid driver's license
  • Ability to work weekdays, nights, and weekends due to on-call rotation
  • Hard worker with attention to detail
  • Relationship building/maintenance skills
  • Reliability, dependability, and a commitment to being drug-free
  • HVAC and Carpentry experience a plus - compensation would be adjusted per skillset
