We are seeking a highly motivated and efficient AR Specialist to join our team at Triple Play Transport, LLC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and submit invoices to customers for payment
- Collect payment from customers in a timely manner
- Monitor and manage aging invoices and reports
- Ensure all invoices are paid on time
Requirements:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks online or similar systems
- Experience with OpenInvoice and OpenTicket
- Knowledge of oilfield accounting principles
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
