POSITION OVERVIEW

The Cannabis Retail Specialist plays a crucial role in assisting customers on their cannabis journey by providing education on product benefits and potential effects. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of various cannabis products to effectively communicate with customers while ensuring a high standard of customer service. The primary responsibility of the Cannabis Retail Specialist is to facilitate customer purchases in compliance with state regulations, all while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Deliver exceptional service to customers, guests, and colleagues Show empathy and understanding towards patients Uphold the TruExperience by adhering to elevated service standards, behaviors, and product knowledge Support management with returns in line with company policies Efficiently prepare and process customer orders Adhere to Trulieve Policies and Procedures Collaborate with the leadership team to enhance customer satisfaction Assist customers with product or device inquiries Work with management to resolve customer issues Document customer feedback and concerns accurately Maintain a tidy and well-stocked workstation throughout the shift Undertake additional tasks as assigned by management

Responsibilities as Delivery Associate:

Confirm that products on delivery manifests match those being transported before leaving the facility. Communicate effectively with customers, ensuring timely and safe product delivery. Maintain delivery records in accordance with state and federal regulations, as well as company policies. Process orders in the POS system and complete transactions during deliveries. Secure cash and products in designated storage during transport. Inspect and maintain delivery vehicles, submitting repair requests as necessary. Relay customer feedback, including concerns and complaints, to management. Monitor and uphold safe work practices to ensure a secure environment Represent and embody TruValues during store-to-store transfers and patient deliveries. Possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record Complete any other tasks as assigned by management

Responsibilities as TruHost:

Adhere to Waitly guidelines and the TruService Plan Provide excellent customer service through welcoming interactions Engage with customers in the lobby area Ensure iPads are charged at the end of the shift Clear the waitlist of any remaining customer names at the end of the shift. Verify the accuracy of Waitly notification texts. Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the lobby and showroom Perform any other tasks as assigned by management

Responsibilities as Reception:

Follow Waitly guidelines and the TruService Plan Keep office supplies organized and stocked at the reception desk Notify the appropriate personnel when supplies are running low Ensure the lobby television is operational Receive shipments and mail, notifying management upon receipt Keep the mini fridge stocked with refreshments Verify customer information for accuracy Notify management when non-company personnel arrive for assigned tasks Complete any other tasks as assigned by management

Responsibilities as Online Support:

Assist with processing online orders, including deliveries, within a timely manner. Ensure product accuracy in orders prior to processing Confirm customer eligibility to purchase products before processing Maintain urgency and complete tasks with minimal supervision Uphold all policies and procedures as per standard operating procedures Follow lawful directives from supervisors Maintain a flexible schedule to assist in other departments as needed Complete any other tasks as assigned by management

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent with relevant experience Must be at least 21 years of age Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred Cash handling experience is required Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and interact with diverse personalities Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work effectively without supervision and as part of a team Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism to communicate with all levels of staff Ability to follow written and oral instructions Respectful and polite interaction with customers and team members Proficient in conversational English for effective communication Must possess the physical and mental capabilities to perform job duties Valid driver's license and clear driving record for delivery roles Ability to pass a comprehensive background check

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to move throughout the workday and perform physical tasks as needed. Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 25 pounds.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Frequently required to move throughout the facility and communicate effectively with others. Must be able to operate computing devices and manipulate objects of varying sizes and weights. Ability to lift, carry, and position objects up to 50 pounds. Must be able to ascend and descend stairs or ladders as needed. Occasionally required to remain seated for extended periods.

WORK SCHEDULE:

Up to 40 hours per week with flexible hours based on store needs. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
