POSITION OVERVIEW

The Cannabis Retail Specialist plays a crucial role in assisting customers in their exploration of cannabis products by providing insights into their advantages and possible effects. This position requires a deep understanding of various offerings to effectively communicate with clients while ensuring a superior customer experience. The main responsibility of a Cannabis Retail Specialist is to facilitate purchases in compliance with state regulations, all while delivering outstanding service.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Deliver exceptional service to customers, guests, and colleagues Show empathy and understanding towards patients Uphold the TruExperience by adhering to high service standards, demonstrating professionalism, and showcasing product knowledge Support management with returns in line with company policies Efficiently prepare and process customer orders Adhere to Trulieve's Policies and Procedures Collaborate with the Lead on Duty/Reception to enhance customer satisfaction Assist customers with product or device inquiries Work with management to resolve customer concerns Record customer feedback and issues in their profiles Maintain a tidy and stocked workstation throughout the shift Perform any additional tasks as assigned by Management

Responsibilities as Delivery Associate:

Confirm that products on delivery manifests match the items being transported before departing the facility. Clearly communicate with customers and ensure timely and safe product delivery. Maintain delivery records in accordance with state and federal regulations, as well as company policies. Process orders using the POS system and complete transactions during deliveries. Secure cash and products in designated storage during transport. Inspect and maintain delivery vehicles and related equipment, submitting repair requests as necessary. Relay customer feedback, including concerns and issues with deliveries, to management. Monitor safe work practices and uphold a secure work environment. Represent and uphold Trulieve values during in-store transfers, patient deliveries, and service requests. Possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record. Complete any other tasks as assigned by Management.

Responsibilities as TruHost:

Follow Waitly guidelines and the TruService Plan. Provide outstanding customer service through welcoming interactions. Engage with customers in the lobby. Ensure iPads are charged at the end of shifts. Clear the waitlist of any remaining customer names at the end of shifts. Verify the accuracy of Waitly notification texts. Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the lobby and showroom. Perform any other tasks as assigned by Management.

Responsibilities as Reception:

Adhere to Waitly guidelines and the TruService Plan. Keep reception desk supplies stocked and organized. Notify the appropriate personnel when supplies are low. Ensure the lobby television is operational. Receive shipments and mail, notifying management upon receipt. Keep the mini fridge stocked with water. Verify customer information for accuracy. Notify management of non-company personnel arriving for tasks and sign them in as visitors. Complete any other tasks as assigned by Management.

Responsibilities as Online Support:

Assist in processing online orders, including deliveries, within a two-hour timeframe. Ensure order accuracy prior to POS processing. Confirm customer eligibility to purchase products before POS. Maintain urgency and complete tasks with minimal supervision. Follow all policies and procedures as per SOP. Adhere to lawful directives from supervisors. Maintain a flexible schedule to assist in other departments as needed. Complete any other tasks as assigned by Management.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent, with experience in retail or a similar field preferred. Must be at least 21 years of age. Previous experience in retail and/or customer service is advantageous. Cash handling experience is required. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and interact with diverse personalities. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work effectively without supervision and in a team setting. Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism to communicate with all levels of staff. Ability to follow written and oral instructions. Respectful and polite interaction with customers and team members. Proficient in conversational English for effective communication and operation of electronic devices. Must possess the mental and physical capabilities necessary for job duties. Valid driver's license and clean driving record required for Delivery Driver role. Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.

ADDITIONAL MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to move throughout the workday, see and hear or use prosthetics to ensure job requirements are met. Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry a minimum of 25 pounds to a height of 5 feet and a distance of 50 feet, with or without assistance.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Regularly required to move throughout the facility, communicate sensitive information, observe details, operate computing devices, and manipulate various objects. Occasionally required to remain seated.

WORK SCHEDULE:

Up to 40 hours weekly with flexible hours based on store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
