Key Responsibilities:- Lead the Anesthesiology team, consisting of 3 Anesthesiologists and 9 CRNAs
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and outcomes
- Collaborate with hospital administrators to achieve departmental goals
- Board Eligible/Board Certified in Anesthesiology
- Valid medical license in Florida
- Previous leadership experience preferred
- Competitive compensation package
- $5,000 CME annually
- 8 weeks of PTO per year
