Job Description for Quality Assurance Employee at Radiant Innovations

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Employee to join our team at Radiant Innovations. As a Quality Assurance Employee, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting and documenting production-specific quality inspections to identify and address any quality issues.
  • Analyzing causes of errors and participating in the development of corrective measures and effectiveness checks.
  • Performing department-specific quality inspections in accordance with standards to ensure compliance.
  • Proper handling of non-conforming goods, including labeling and blocking.
  • Supporting the introduction of new products, processes, and technologies to ensure seamless integration.
Requirements:
  • Good knowledge of German language.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
