Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience

Job Description:

The EHS Generalist will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the workplace to ensure compliance with safety-related regulations. This includes planning, developing, administering, and managing safety policies, programs, and training for the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of safety policies and procedures
  • Evaluate workplace hazards and identify corrective actions
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and investigations
  • Provide training and education to employees on safety policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement safety initiatives
  • Monitor and report on safety metrics and trends

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in safety and compliance
  • OSHA 30-hour certification
  • Florida issued Class E driver's license
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
