We offer an hourly rate of $15.95 + tips, ensuring that our team members are fairly compensated for their hard work and dedication.

Job Description

As a Barista, you'll be responsible for preparing and serving drinks and food items in a warm and inviting manner. This includes:

• Sharing your knowledge of coffee and tea regions with customers.
• Taking orders and communicating them to team members for preparation.
• Maintaining inventory by replenishing coffee beans and food supplies.
• Controlling cash and other receipts according to our Standard Operating Procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred.
• A Food Handler's Permit is required.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• The ability to remain calm under pressure.
• The ability to contribute to a collaborative team dynamic.
• An understanding of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures.
