Coffee Connoisseur

Nestle Operational Services Worldwide SA is seeking a highly skilled Coffee Connoisseur to join our team. As a Coffee Connoisseur, you will be responsible for guiding customers through their coffee experience, providing personalized recommendations, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

$18.00 per hour

The ideal candidate will have a passion for specialty coffee, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for maintaining a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new products and promotions, and contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment.

• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of all Nespresso products, including features, benefits, and pricing.
• Stay up-to-date on new products, promotions, and initiatives, and effectively communicate this information to customers.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.

• A minimum of 1-2 years of retail or customer-facing experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A strong passion for specialty coffee and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales targets and working collaboratively with colleagues.
