The Customer Support Specialist will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities, including:
Upholding exceptional service standards by delivering prompt assistance and achieving resolution on the first contact.
Demonstrating reliability and the ability to juggle multiple systems and responsibilities, such as documentation, responding to inquiries, and following up on outstanding issues.
Emphasizing a collaborative team atmosphere to foster a positive culture focused on customer service and organizational growth.
The majority of inquiries will originate from existing clients seeking clarification regarding their policies, which may include:
- Requested modifications or updates to their accounts
- Enhancing current client relationships
- Addressing cancellation requests
- Establishing automatic payment setups
- Timely logging of all incoming leads
Required Skills:
Proficient in customer service, property and casualty insurance, workers' compensation, commercial insurance, auto insurance, insurance sales, and fiduciary responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in any of the following insurance sectors is highly advantageous: professional liability, small business, workers' compensation, general liability, business owners policies (BOP), commercial auto, or umbrella insurance.
