Birthday Party Host

This role is responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests celebrating their birthdays and group events at the Choctaw Resort. The successful candidate will be a warm and welcoming individual who can work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring a memorable experience for all.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests to the park with a friendly and courteous manner.
- Follow all rules, regulations, policies, and procedures for the property area and assist in protecting and safeguarding all property assets.
- Maintain an accurate count of supplies such as plates, napkins, cups, etc., and ensure cleanliness of the Birthday Hut before and after each party.
- Deliver birthday party food, drinks, and desserts with precision and accuracy.
- Conduct guest surveys to understand customer satisfaction and preferences.
- Collaborate with the Guest Services Representative on special events and parties.
Requirements:
- Age 15 years or above.
- High School diploma or GED preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, including written and oral communication.
- Demonstrated ability to work with diverse age groups, including small children.
Estimated Salary: $12.50 - $15.00 per hour.
