**Responsibilities**
  • Coach and mentor direct support staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality services.
  • Work to create a positive work environment and proper deployment of direct support staff.
  • Address and correct health, safety, and environmental concerns and report safety and maintenance concerns as needed.
  • Ensure clinical and behavioral support objectives and goals are implemented and documented.
  • Provide oversight of dietary supports, including menu planning and grocery shopping.
  • Ensure protocols for communicating medical concerns are being followed.
  • Ensure medication administration records are current and schedule and attend medical appointments.
  • Monitor budgets and finances of the person(s) served.
  • Collect and report management information to ensure continuous evaluation and improvement of operations.
  • Implement fiscal processes and loss control programs to ensure appropriate allocation of financial resources.
  • Monitor employee schedules, Teletime reports, and Punch Correction sheets.
