Nurse Practitioner

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for delivering nursing care to patients in the ICU setting. This includes assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient vital signs.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of West Virginia.
• One year of experience in the ICU setting.
• Basic Life Support certification.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
