Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the labeling lines and related warehouse operations to achieve company goals.
  • Monitor and ensure operational metrics are achieved and entered into productivity database daily.
  • Expedite resolution for machine downtime issues per SOP.
  • Plan the workflow and labor to achieve customer expectations and achieve productivity goals.
  • Ensure that cans are being labeled, packed, and coded correctly.
  • Ensure that all quality related checks and documentation are being done as required.
  • Report and document all quality issues to your manager immediately.
Requirements
  • Must have experience and be knowledgeable about Food Safety or willing to receive training in Food Safety.
  • Must have the ability to create the production schedule and maximize process flow.
  • Must have the ability to motivate and drive a team to meet and exceed department and company goals.
  • Must have the ability to build a successful relationship with the customer.
  • Must have working knowledge of warehouse operations and WMS.
What We Offer

Allen Distribution offers a competitive salary of $65,000.00 to $85,000.00 yearly, as well as a positive work environment and opportunities for growth and development.
