  • Customer Service: Provide straightforward solutions to customer interactions, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Training: Equip your team with the skills they need to succeed, focusing on essential knowledge and hands-on training.
  • Operations: Maintain a well-organized store environment, ensuring inventory is accurately managed and store layout is visually appealing.
  • Reporting: Track key performance indicators, including sales data and customer feedback, to inform business decisions.
