**The Role:** We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. As a CNA, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care and working closely with our nursing team to ensure the highest level of care.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Provide basic nursing care to clients, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and toileting
  • Perform vital signs, intake and output measurements, and other routine tasks as assigned by the nursing team
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including medication administration and treatment plans
  • Collaborate with the nursing team to develop and implement individualized care plans
