About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Home Health Nurse Specialist to join our team at BAYADA Home Health Care. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional home health care services to adult and geriatric patients in Newport, Portsmouth, Bristol, Warren, Barrington, and surrounding towns.

Job Responsibilities
  • Client Assessment and Care Planning: Conduct thorough assessments of clients' physical and emotional needs, identifying areas requiring assistance and developing personalized care plans to meet those needs.
  • Home Visits and Care Delivery: Perform routine home visits to provide medical care, administer medications, and deliver treatments as outlined in clients' care plans.
  • Collaboration with Healthcare Professionals: Work closely with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of care and effective communication.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Accurately document all client interactions, interventions, and progress updates in accordance with BAYADA's standards and regulations.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • A current license as a Registered Nurse in Rhode Island.
  • Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.

Compensation and Estimated Salary

Our estimated salary range for this position is $ $68,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a sign-on bonus of $5,000.00.
