Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Optical Manager L3 to join our team at Walmart. As an Optical Manager L3, you will be responsible for leading our optical department and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and quality products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the optical department, including supervising and training staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers receive a positive and personalized experience.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, including customer information, prescriptions, and inventory levels.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and implement new ideas and strategies to improve the optical department.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including pharmacy and customer service, to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in an optical management role, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, staff, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of optical products and services, including frames, lenses, and contact lenses.
