Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Bus Fleet Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for supervising day-to-day bus operations, ensuring that all buses are properly maintained and dispatched on schedule.

About the Role:

In this role, you will oversee the daily activities of our bus fleet, including scheduling, maintenance, and route optimization. You will work closely with our dispatch team to ensure that buses are deployed efficiently and effectively, minimizing delays and reducing costs. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will help you identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and dispatch bus routes to meet customer demand and minimize delays">
  • Maintain and repair bus equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety">
  • Collaborate with dispatch teams to optimize bus deployment and reduce costs">
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time arrival rates, passenger satisfaction, and fuel efficiency">
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs">
