Position Overview:

This position involves collaborating with product teams to gather and analyze high-level requirements, as well as developing user stories and implementing event/error customization and PII validation tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing technical support for the CXM application.
  • Participating in the implementation of in-house sampling and working with the Quantum Metric platform.

  • Utilizing strong development skills in Java and the Spring Boot framework, along with REST APIs.
  • Employing JavaScript frameworks such as ReactJS for front-end development.

  • Working with Kubernetes for container orchestration.
  • Maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
  • Delivering software solutions through an Agile/Scrum methodology.
  • Utilizing system monitoring tools and automated testing frameworks.
  • Integrating with third-party applications and collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and enhance products.
  • Having knowledge of NoSQL databases, such as MongoDB.
  • Experience with Qualtrics or Quantum Metric is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Machine Learning or AI technologies is advantageous.
