POSITION SUMMARY: We are in search of a dedicated and experienced Senior Financial Planning Analyst (FP&A) to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will take charge of variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting, while also crafting compelling narratives from data.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Variance Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of final results and investigate discrepancies. Deliver comprehensive reports detailing variances.
  • Budgeting: Aid in the formulation of the annual budget and financial forecasts. Collaborate with various departments to collect necessary inputs and assumptions.
  • Forecasting: Create financial models to support forecasting initiatives. Provide regular updates to forecasts based on actual performance and evolving assumptions.
  • Management Reporting: Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for management, emphasizing key trends and financial performance metrics.
  • Data Storytelling: Transform intricate financial data into clear, engaging narratives that inform strategic decision-making. Utilize visual aids to assist non-financial stakeholders in grasping essential financial insights.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in FP&A.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficient in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated ability to convert complex data into actionable insights.
  • Experience presenting to board and executive levels.
  • Familiarity with BI Tools such as Domo, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms is advantageous.
  • Experience in team management is a plus.
  • Experience in constructing comprehensive three-statement financial models is beneficial.
