As a Marriage and Family Therapist, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide individualized care and support to our patients and their families.
Responsibilities- Provide psychological assessments, diagnosis, and therapeutic interventions for patients with a variety of mental health conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers, to ensure comprehensive care.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families about mental health conditions and therapeutic strategies.
- Document services rendered in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Stay current with advancements in psychotherapy and counseling through ongoing education and professional development.
- Master's degree in mental health counseling, social work, or marriage and family therapy.
- Active Florida Intern license or in the process of obtaining one.
- Experience in an outpatient setting preferred.
- $35 per billable hour.
- Group malpractice insurance.
- As an Independent Contractor, you will have the flexibility to determine your own working hours.
- Our offices are open Monday-Thursday for in-person and telehealth appointments.
- Availability to work via telemedicine Friday-Sunday.
- Option to work 50% telemedicine from the beginning of employment.
