Position Summary:
Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School's General OB/GYN Division is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible physician in Obstetrics and Gynecology. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical coverage, teaching and supervising residents and medical students, and participating in quality assurance activities.
Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical coverage for the OB/GYN ambulatory/outpatient service and in-patient OB and GYN service.
- Assist in teaching and supervision of Ob/Gyn residents and medical students.
- Participate in quality assurance activities and reporting procedures.
- Participate in academic assignments, including journal clubs and grand rounds.
- Provide up to 54 hours of OB/GYN on-call per month.
- Maintain ethics, compliance, and billing requirements.
Qualifications:
- MD or DO degree from a medical school of recognized standing.
- Successful completion of an ACGME-accredited Obstetrics and Gynecology residency program.
- Board eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
- Preferred current New Jersey medical license.
