Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily store operations, including employee management, inventory control, and customer service.
  • Assist in the training and motivation of store personnel to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Operate the cash register and other equipment with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Price, stock, and face merchandise to maintain a visually appealing store environment.
  • Maintain the store in accordance with maintenance policies and Health Department regulations.
  • Enforce all security and safety policies and procedures.
  • Account for all shift and daily transactions.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior convenience store experience preferred but not required.
  • Valid driver's license and dependable transportation required.
Competencies:
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
