Culinary Staff Member

The Department of the Air Force is seeking a skilled Food Service Worker to join our team in Dobbins AFB, GA. As a key member of our culinary staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality and customer satisfaction.
In this role, you will be working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You will be responsible for setting up cafeteria lines, steam tables, dining room tables, and side service stands with hot and cold food items. You will also serve food cafeteria style, break down and clean areas when meals are complete, and set up dining room tables for service.
Additionally, you will be operating dishwashers, performing preventive maintenance and cleaning, scraping, soaking, scouring, and scrubbing bowls, pots, and pans. You may also be unloading food from delivery trucks, collecting and transferring trash from work areas to disposal areas, assembling and tossing fresh fruit or green salads in quantity using prepared dressings, serving into standard serving sizes, making cold sandwiches using prepared ingredients, and making coffee, tea, and other beverages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up cafeteria lines, steam tables, dining room tables, and side service stands with hot and cold food items.
- Serve food cafeteria style.

- Serve into standard serving sizes.
- Making cold sandwiches using prepared ingredients.
- Making coffee, tea, and other beverages.
