About the Role

As a Clinical Social Worker, you will play a critical role in providing mental health and social support services to our patients. Your responsibilities will include conducting assessments, offering counseling and therapy, and collaborating with our medical team to address mental health and substance abuse issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide rapid assessments and diagnosis
  • Offer brief counseling and longer-term psychotherapy
  • Deliver substance abuse counseling and crisis intervention services
  • Collaborate with medical teams to address mental health and substance abuse issues

Requirements:
  • MSW from an accredited school of social work (CSWE) or PhD/PsyD
  • Licensure as an independent clinical social worker in Vermont
  • 3-5 years of clinical experience preferred
