At SCA Health, we are seeking a highly skilled IT Systems Manager to lead the development and operational support of applications on the Salesforce platform for our Specialist Management Solutions (SMS) business line. This role is responsible for managing and fostering continuous improvement in all stages of the product life cycle, determining product value, and establishing proactive collaborative relationships with vendor partners.

About the Role

This position is primarily responsible for leading the development and operational support of applications on the Salesforce platform, managing the product life cycle, determining product value, and establishing collaborative relationships with vendors. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Salesforce administration and business operations, as well as experience with general healthcare industry regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will be able to create processes, procedures, and documentation necessary to operate efficiently, collaborate with other IT teams, and build leadership influence with customers and internal stakeholders. Additionally, they will be responsible for leading and providing direction for the team, ensuring the team is focused on delivering results, and adapting business plans and priorities to address operational challenges.

Responsibilities
  • Lead development and operational support of applications on the Salesforce platform
  • Manage and foster continuous improvement in all stages of the product life cycle
  • Determine product value to the business relative to cost, functionality, security, and compliance
  • Establish proactive collaborative relationships with vendor partners
  • Create processes, procedures, and documentation necessary to operate efficiently
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to deliver optimal solutions to the business
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of Salesforce operations or other technology relevant experience
  • At least 2 years of manager or lead experience required
  • Expert in Salesforce administration and business operations
  • Experience with general healthcare industry regulatory requirements
What We Offer
