Auto Glass Installation Technician Trainee

Job Description: We are seeking an Auto Glass Installation Technician Trainee to join our team at Safelite, a leading provider of auto glass repair and replacement services. As a Technician Trainee, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop the skills necessary to become a certified Auto Glass Installation Technician.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in hands-on training and classroom instruction to learn the skills and techniques required to install and repair auto glass.
  • Assist experienced technicians in the installation and repair of auto glass.
  • Learn to safely operate company vehicles and utilize company-issued tools.
  • Develop strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Participate in quality control processes to ensure high-quality workmanship.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Valid state-issued driver's license required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with various weather conditions.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
