Responsibilities:

• Assist in the deployment of computers, printers, and barcode scanners
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals
• Respond to inquiries and requests for assistance from employees regarding IT issues
• Connect new computers, printers and scanners to the wifi
• Ensure security and privacy of data, networks, and systems

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a PC Tech or similar role
• Solid knowledge of wifi connections
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
