Therapy 2000, a leading provider of home-based pediatric therapy services, is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Cypress, Texas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive Speech Therapy evaluations to determine patients' needs for therapy.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with physicians' orders.
  • Collaborate with patients' caregivers to develop home exercise programs.
  • Act as a vital member of patients' medical neighborhoods, coordinating care with various providers and disciplines.
  • Meet deadlines for patient chart updates, progress summaries, and other paperwork.

Requirements:

  • Current/active license to practice Speech Language Pathology in the state of Texas.
  • 1+ year(s) experience with pediatric feeding disorders/feeding therapy.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years as a pediatric Speech Language Pathologist.
  • Experience in a home-health setting.
  • Advanced coursework/certifications in pediatric feeding or other clinical specialties.
